Complaints of harassment, retaliation, and other misconduct are increasing in the workplace. Employers must investigate these complaints and take remedial action to maintain productivity and minimize employee lawsuits. To help you conduct a thorough investigation, properly document the facts, and effectively resolve these types of complaints, Curtis A.
