Mr. Kunke’s speech was part of the G.E.T. Trade (Global Entrepreneur Training in Trade) program facilitated by the Economic Development Collaborative of Ventura County (EDC-VC), a regional public/private economic development organization. Mr. Kunke’s speech addressed key provisions in international trade agreements, such as exclusivity and sales minimums, the definition of the sales territory, grey market importation, letters of credit, shipping terms, the allocation of risk of loss, and the choice of law and forum.
A native of Camarillo, Mr. Kunke practices general corporate law and has experience with the international distribution of apparel and cosmetics. He attended Dartmouth College and Emory University School of Law, where he was executive managing editor of the Emory International Law Review.
