Over more than 25 years, Nancy Kierstyn Schreiner's career has encompassed many areas of the legal profession. For over 15 years, in the City of Thousand Oaks, City Attorney's Office, Nancy focused on representing public interests. As the Assistant City Attorney, she concentrated on land use, zoning, environmental law, redevelopment, special districts such as Mello-Roos, constitutional matters, telecommunications, public contracting, conflicts of interest, public meeting laws, disabled access, bankruptcy and risk management. Nancy continues to represent public entities and practice public and municipal law. She also holds pro bono seminars addressing Disabled Access Defense for Business and Property Owners and how to develop barrier removal plans.
