Mr. High practices in the areas of real property sales, exchange, financing, and development, construction and land use planning, business organization structuring, and general business law.
Community
Mr. High is a member of the Ventura County Bar Association (for which he has served on the Steering Committee, Real Estate Section) and the State Bar of California. He is a member and past President of the Ventura County Taxpayers Association and is a member of Rancheros Visitadores. His outside personal investments as a principal currently involve all aspects of the construction, operation and ownership of self storage projects in California and Texas, and he has been similarly involved in the past with multi-tenant industrial, office, and residential subdivision projects.
Education
Mr. High earned a B.A. with honors at the University of California at Berkeley before receiving his legal education at the University of California at Los Angeles (J.D. 1971).
