Education
Mr. Best graduated cum laude from the Pepperdine University School of Law, where he earned a certificate from the Center of Entrepreneurship and Technology Law and was selected as a member of the national legal honor society, Phi Delta Phi. Mr. Best graduated with honors from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, earning two bachelor’s degrees in business administration and management information systems. He competed in sprints, hurdles and relays as a four-year member of the men's varsity track team.
Personal
Mr. Best is a southern California native, raised in San Dimas. Both his parents were among the first group of students to attend Newbury Park High School the year it opened. Mr. Best currently resides in Westlake Village with his wife, Jana, and their baby daughter.
