
CURTIS GRAHAM specializes in employment and labor law litigation and counseling, representing management on a broad spectrum of matters including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, leaves of absence, wage and hour issues, OSHA issues, trade secret misappropriations and traditional labor issues.
As a trained negotiator and experienced mediator, Mr. Graham has helped employers minimize employee disputes and successfully obtain favorable resolutions in litigated matters. As a trial lawyer, Mr. Graham has prevailed in jury trials and court trials by obtaining favorable verdicts for local and national employers. He also has substantial experience defending against class action lawsuits and other litigated matters, including administrative hearings and arbitrations.
Prior to joining Nordman Cormany Hair & Compton LLP, Mr. Graham was a legal intern for the Honorable Consuelo B. Marshall, U.S. District Court Judge for the Central District of California.
Mr. Graham serves his local business community as a member of the board of directors for the Camarillo Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Graham also is active in his local church.
Born and raised in Southern California, Mr. Graham graduated summa cum laude from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, with a bachelor’s degree in sociology, while traveling extensively to educate and interact with teenagers in Russia, Singapore and the Philippines as part of an international missionary organization. He earned his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law where he served as a senior member of the Law Review, was selected as a research fellow for the Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution, concurrently earned a master’s degree in dispute resolution, and graduated with honors.
When not serving clients, Mr. Graham is usually with his family, playing with his two children.
