Mr. Kitasaki has more than 23 years experience in advising individuals and entities in various corporate and business matters, including entity formation, secured financing, protection of proprietary information, and the purchase and sale of businesses.
Mr. Kitasaki has extensive expertise in structuring, negotiating and documenting agreements for the purchase and sale of commercial and agricultural properties, commercial and agricultural leases, and secured financing transactions.
From 1983 through 1986, Mr. Kitasaki was a staff attorney in the Division of Corporation Finance at the Securities and Exchange Commission, Washington, D.C. Affiliations include membership in the State Bar of California and the Ventura County Bar Association.
Mr. Kitasaki is a member of the Camarillo Noontime Optimist Club.
Mr. Kitasaki was admitted to the bar in California in 1983. Mr. Kitasaki received his preparatory education from the University of California at Irvine (B.S. 1978) and his legal education from the University of San Francisco School of Law (J.D. 1983), where he was a member of Law Review (1982-1983). He received his Master of Laws degree (Taxation) from Georgetown University in 1986.
