
Mr. Carroll practices in the areas of general business and real estate litigation and has successfully defended and prosecuted actions in both state and federal courts. He also litigates matters in the areas of land use, unfair business practices, trade secrets and employment, representing management. Mr. Carroll has served as a volunteer attorney coach for Thousand Oaks High School Mock Trial team. The Mock Trial competition is sponsored by the Constitutional Rights Foundation and exposes high school students to the trial process and the principles underlying the adversarial system of justice.
After earning a B.A. in political science with honors from the University of Arizona in Tucson, Mr. Carroll earned his law degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the Ventura County and Los Angeles County Bar Associations.
Mr. Carroll is a Ventura County native who spent his early childhood on an avocado and citrus ranch in Fillmore and later moved to Ventura. He lives in Newbury Park with his wife, Kelly and enjoys hiking, golf and woodworking.
